1-family is the webs oldest free online classified ads and if you put a free ad here it will create a back link to your site. Make a hyperlink and point it to your web site to create a free back link. When I post a free ad to create a backlink I make a hyperlink like the ones you see in this blog.

By posting in 1-family free online classifieds, you site will get found by the search engine spiders fast. Do a test, make 10 or 20 different ads with a hyperlink to your web site and see if your page goes up on the search engines - it will.

I always try to make the hyperlinks keyword specific, if I am talking about Sublingual B12 or Nopalea the hyperlink matches the site. I also try and change the hyperlinks from time to time also, like this - TriVita Nopalea, but remember not to keyword stuff in your website, so you may have to change up hyperlinks. Heat or Ice for back pain?

On Friday around 3pm, I was pouring excess liquid from one container to another and when I stood up straight something suddenly hurt in my lower back. I have had a pinched nerve in my back many years ago, so I was sure I had another pinched nerve. This lower back pain was a real winner, as I was moving like I was 90 years old.

What worked better for me, ice or heat?

Definitely heat! I took 3 very hot showers and every time, I was moving much better after the hot shower. I also used some heat pads, the kind where you stick them on and they get hot, and it helped also. I also used some ben gay and noticed a big difference with heat, in all instances.

I had a nice chuck of ice that is in those plastic bags that come with medication and luckily that was delivered earlier in the day, so I had a primo ice pack to use on my lower back.

The ice pack just didn't seem to do anything for me. Every time I used the ice pack the pain was not going away, no noticeable difference.

Many years ago, while playing 3rd base on a softball team, I received a very hard kick from another player in my shin and had a very large contusion from that. Thinking back, I would not use heat on that, ice would have been better, but I can't remember what I did, I was in my 20's and probably didn't do anything.

Heat worked better on my lower back pain, but I am just stating what worked better for me, this is not medical advice. Always get the advice of a Doctor or medical professional.

What if you could have had your pick of usernames with your twitter account?

Go get yourself a meme.yahoo, it's similiar to twitter. Please follow me if you do and I will also follow you.

Meme.yahoo has been recently been opened to everyone and if you hurry and sign up for free, you will get a very good username. Meme.yahoo is very similar to Twitter except you can add a lot more information than twitter. What I like about meme.yahoo is that you can add up to 2000 characters plus videos, photos and audio.

Just the other day I recommended meme.yahoo to a friend and she got the keyword Seo,with an underscore, and many of you in my friends list may know Joyce from lead generation programs at Veretekk.

I just looked and nobody had the keyword seo package yet, if you are the first to read this, then go get that keyword or another prime keyword. How about the keyword - free ebooks? Over 1400 searches per day on the search engines and that keyword is available also.
